1. Buy
When ordering, a purchase agreement will only be reached when benjiandmase.com has confirmed the order by order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received by benjiandmase.com. If delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You are always entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost until the item has been shipped. Benjiandmase.com has ownership and right of withdrawal of all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us you must be 18 years old and benjiandmase.com must be able to determine the customer's residential address.

2. Prices
Prices include 25% VAT for orders within the EU. If confirmed, the prices can only be changed by circumstances that benjiandmase.com does not have. For example, materially changed commodity prices, currency fluctuations or changed VAT. No expedition costs are added. Should the price change, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase free of charge.

3. Shipping
We offer free shipping of all of our products in the store.

5. Deliveries
Orders made before 14:00 on a day off are treated the same day and are usually shipped within 2-4 days.
We reserve the right to sell all inventory items before we update the website, and we will inform customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer is always entitled to cancel purchase free of charge unless the item is in stock. The packages are delivered by DHL or another carrier to the delivery point or shipped by mail.

6. Delivery delays
Sometimes delivery delays occur from our suppliers except our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier can not fulfill his delivery obligations towards us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we waive compensation for the damage caused by the delay. You can rely on us to always notify you of deliveries on time. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost on delivery.

7. Transport
BENJI AND MASE AB is responsible for transportation to you as a customer. You and the carrier will be liable for any return to us.

8. Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail to info@benjiandmase.com. If you already notice that the package is damaged, you must make a notification directly to the agent.

9. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
All purchased products at beniandmase.com are included in 30-day open purchase. As a customer, you are entitled to test and return a product if it does not match your expectations. Returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. When using a right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return freight.
As a customer of ours, benjiandmase.com also offers a right of exchange within 30 days of the ordering of the product. This applies only to unused products.

10. Complaints
If you want to advertise a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Please let us know by e-mail info@benjiandmase.com before sending anything. Submit the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember, you are responsible for shipping to us.

In case of a dispute, we will always follow ARN recommendations.

11. Refunds
In case of a refund, the amount will always be refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible after we have received and approved the return.

12. Reservations
We reserve ourselves for changes in prices due to major price discrepancies from our suppliers, errors or other errors beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under the Force Majeur below.

13. Protection of personal data
In connection with registration and ordering, you agree that we store and use your information in our business for the sole purpose of completing and providing the service you expect from us. According to PUL (Personal Data Act) you are entitled to obtain the information we have registered and if you consider it incorrect or irrelevant you may request correction or removal from our customer register. If so, contact our customer service (please email info@benjiandmase.com). We also ensure that we will not sell or transfer any personal data (see our privacy policy).

By 2018, PUL will be replaced by GDPR, which are new data protection rules that apply throughout the EU. Because we do not provide information to third parties, this does not directly affect PUL as regards processing of your information or our relationship with you as a customer.

14. Unpacked package
If your package arrives at a delivery venue, an email notification or text message will be sent to you. You as a customer are responsible for the correct number of the mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered.
If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of 259 kr.

15. Guarantee
BENJI AND MASE products are covered by 24 months warranty from the date of purchase.
This does not cover the warranty
-Error or damage caused by weather, water, fire or a natural catastrophe
-Error or damage caused by loss or theft
-Battery life
-Error or damage caused by inaccuracy and excessive use
-Error or damage caused by an unauthorized person or representative
-Aesthetic changes due to normal handling, such as scratches & buckles, in glass, metal, watchbelt, case etc

16. Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market disputes, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, affecting entered into agreements and our commitment, which means that we can not hold that agreement / commitment, shall constitute grounds for that we are freed from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
